All hands on deck: this Dachshund Captain from Vondels takes command of your Christmas tree. Small in stature, great in authority. His course? Straight for the Christmas treats. Listen to the boss? Only if he is the boss.

Vondels is known for beautifully crafted Christmas ornaments with distinctive details and plenty of character. This captain fits right in. Give him a place of honour in the tree so he can keep an eye on both the crew and the snack platter. Should a piece of cheese fall overboard, he’ll be ready.

A delightful Christmas gift for a dachshund lover, or for yourself, of course. Because anyone with a dachshund at home knows: you can call yourself the captain, but the one with the short legs calls the shots.

Vondels ornaments are mouth-blown, hand-painted and lovingly designed. That makes this Dachshund Captain a little work of art for your tree.
