RETURNS

VISION PERIOD

When you buy remotely from a webshop, you as a consumer are entitled to a trial period of 14 days as standard. This period starts after you have received your order. In practice, this means for you as a consumer that you can return a product within 14 calendar days. We extend the legally required trial period to 30 days. This means that you can indicate that you cancel the purchase within 30 days after receipt of (part of) your order without stating reasons. After this notification you have 14 days to return the product. (the conditions and procedure can be found below)

RETURN CONDITIONS

In accordance with the 30-day trial period, you may return a product during this period. The condition is that you return the product in the undamaged, original packaging - if reasonably possible - and the product shows no signs of use. To check whether a garment, collar etc. fits, you may remove the product from the packaging and keep it next to your pet. The product must not have come into contact with your pet for hygienic reasons. If we find upon return that the product is stained, worn, contains hair, smells bad or has been washed, we can charge costs for the depreciation. Return costs are for your own account. Since we are often confronted with products that are not returned in new condition, we unfortunately have to apply these rules for fitting and / or returning.

 

RETURNS

You can return your product(s) in undamaged original packaging. A return must always be notified in advance to us by email. Returns without registration and confirmation will not be processed! If you wish to return a product, the return costs are for your own account. In the case of credit, the purchase amount will be transferred within 14 days after termination. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Returns must always be reported to us by email. Send an email to info@hashteckel.nl with the order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return. However, you are not obliged to state the reason. Only return your product(s) to us after receiving our return instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Please do not send packages to our store! These are not processed.

For a quick handling of your return, we advise you to add (a copy of) the original invoice (or other proof of purchase) to the return. 

WARRENTY

If you make a purchase from Hashteckel, the legal guarantee applies (according to article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions). The legal guarantee means that a product must meet what one can reasonably expect from it. 

EXCHANGE

It may of course happen that you want to exchange a product. In this case, order the desired product in our webshop after you have received confirmation of return from us. This is important so that we can monitor the correct exchange and prevent the incorrect / not properly fitting product from being ordered again. You can register the product you want to exchange as a return by following the steps described under the heading Returns.
