Meet the newest member of our neoprene family: the 100% waterproof neoprene raincoat for Dachshunds in the trend color of 2025, burgundy red!

Neoprene is inherently completely waterproof and windproof, yet highly breathable. This makes it the ideal lightweight raincoat to keep your Dachshund dry during any downpour. The material provides that extra bit of warmth, and the high collar provides comfortable protection around the neck.

In winter, this raincoat is perfect for wire-haired and long-haired Dachshunds with a thick undercoat, which are naturally more resistant to the cold. For short-haired Dachshunds, the neoprene raincoat is especially suitable in spring and autumn. Looking for a truly warm winter coat for a short-haired Dachshund? Like all our Dachshund coats, this neoprene raincoat is handmade in our workshop in Italy. No mass production, just meticulous craftsmanship. After years of collaborative development, we've created the perfect Dachshund fit: extra length across the back, a generous belly flap that protects both the lungs and most of the abdomen, and adjustable Velcro on the chest and belly for easy donning and a perfect fit. Once you've chosen the right size using the measurements below, you can adjust this coat to your Dachshund's body using the Velcro. Watch the video below to see how.



This raincoat has a harness opening, allowing a well-fitting Y- or H-harness to be worn underneath, provided it's positioned further down the back. Many other models don't fit as well due to the opening's position. Looking for a harness that always fits? Neck: measure around the neck and shoulders, where a collar would sit
Chest: Measure around the chest, two fingers behind the front legs
Back: measure the length of the back from the shoulder blade to the start of the tail

The advice remains: measure your Dachshund using the recommended measurements and compare the measured centimeters with those in the size chart. Do not rely on our advice regarding which size fits which Dachshund; every Dachshund is different.

Maintenance instructions
To ensure a long lifespan, wash your jacket as little as possible. If the jacket gets dirty, let the dirt dry and then polish it off. The jacket can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Because neoprene is inherently waterproof, you can't wash it off. Let it air dry briefly and don't put it in the dryer.
