After years of experimentation, we have finally found the perfect Dachshund fit together. The winter coat is extra long for your Dachshund and protects the lungs under the belly with a large flap. This winter coat has Velcro on the chest and under the belly, allowing for your Dachshund's freedom of movement. Once you've chosen the right size using the measurements below, you can adjust this coat to your Dachshund's body using the Velcro.

This winter coat for your Dachshund doesn't have an eyelet for a harness. A harness is worn over the coat. Note: this is only possible with our own Dachshund harnesses, as they are adjustable enough to fit over the coat. Regular harnesses often end up in the armpits.

Maintenance instructions
To ensure a long lifespan, wash your coat as little as possible. If the coat gets dirty, let the dirt dry and then polish it off. The coat can be washed on the wool cycle, preferably with wool detergent, at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Let it air dry briefly and do not machine wash.
