Our bestseller: the 100% waterproof neoprene Dachshund winter coat made for your Dachshund. Neoprene is inherently waterproof and windproof, but also breathable. This winter coat has a neoprene exterior and a fleece interior for extra warmth. The collar of this Dachshund winter coat provides extra warmth around the neck, and can be worn either upright or folded back.

As the name suggests, this Dachshund winter coat is suitable for winter. It's a complete winter coat for wire-haired, long-haired, and short-haired dogs. While we primarily recommend this coat for short-haired and long-haired dogs in winter, it's also suitable for wire-haired dogs with a sparse or fluffy undercoat. Does your wire-haired Dachshund have a thick undercoat and isn't chilly? Then choose the neoprene raincoat as an extra layer. A fleece-lined neoprene jacket can sometimes be too warm for them.

All our Dachshund coats, including this Dachshund winter coat, are handmade by Eleonora in Italy. This means our Dachshund coats are not mass-produced. After years of experimentation, we have finally found the perfect Dachshund fit together. This winter coat is extra long on the back and protects the lungs and belly with a large flap. The coat has Velcro on the chest and under the belly and is very easy to put on. Once you've chosen the right size using the measurements below, you can adjust this coat to your Dachshund's body using the Velcro.

This Dachshund winter coat has an eyelet for a harness. This means a harness can be worn under this coat, provided it falls further down the back. Maintenance instructions
To ensure a long lifespan, wash your jacket as little as possible. If the jacket gets dirty, let the dirt dry and then polish it off. The jacket can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Because neoprene is inherently waterproof, you can't wash it off. Let it air dry and don't put it in the washing machine.
